Our stay at &And Hostel Akihabara was incredibly comfortable and exactly what we needed for our time in Tokyo. The room was clean and had everything we could have asked for. The staff were accommodating and went above and beyond to help us, especially when our baggage was delayed. They accepted the delivery on our behalf so we could go out and enjoy our day. The air conditioning in our room was a blessing, and being able to watch Netflix on the TV was a welcome break from the stress of the baggage situation. Great location, very clean rooms including the bathroom. The hostel provided excellent service throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and spoke English fairly well, making communication easy. The beds were comfortable and we had two very good nights of sleep. The rooms were spacious and had a TV with access to Netflix, a great entertainment option. Additionally, the price for one night was very cheap, offering good value for money.
There were a few negative aspects during our stay. The bathroom had a persistent smell of sewerage, which was quite unpleasant.

The staff at this hostel were amazing! They were incredibly friendly and spoke great English. the location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the center of Akihabara. We discovered a whole new side of the neighborhood that we didn't know existed, with cozy bars and delicious places to eat. the hostel itself was beautiful and modern, with a surprisingly large room compared to other hotels we stayed at. It was a luxurious treat, especially since it was our last stop and we had a lot of luggage to repack!
That the electric door switches were quite loud, and we could hear everyone coming and going in the corridor. the smell in the ladies' toilet on the 4th floor was a bit funky, probably due to a plumbing issue.

I got great value for my money at this hostel. The room was surprisingly spacious and had plenty of outlets for charging devices. The location was fantastic, just a couple of minutes away from Akihabara station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Tak-san who was super nice to me and my rowdy friends when we arrived.
The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.
